Warren Garrett, CIP is the principal of R.F. Moore Claims Service Ltd. In 1996 he successfully completed the Insurance Institute of Canada's Associateship program. Warren has over 30 years of experience in automobile and residential claims adjusting.

Chad Parsons has 16 years of insurance claims handling experience along with an additional 6 years in the insurance industry working as an underwriter, broker and project manager for an insurance restoration contractor. Chad also spent 4 years running his own business unrelated to the insurance industry. Chad provides quick service and is an excellent investigator specializing in collateral inquiries and all facets of claims handling. His experience as a project manager is an invaluable asset in handling property claims.
